The NRS Recruitment Process:

  • All candidates are pre-screened over the telephone before being invited to a face to face interview
  • The face to face interview will take place to correctly ascertain skills, qualifications and experience of candidate
  • The candidate’s eligibility to work in the UK is checked
  • The candidate’s references will be provided if requested by the client
  • NRS will fully prepare all candidates for their roles and will provide them with PPE where needed

NVC Lighting – Ralph Pars

Due to a significant increase in orders which needed to be processed & dispatched within a very short lead time, we needed to consider how we would provide our one of our Key Account Customer with the level of service they were demanding. In order to achieve this we had no alternative but to introduce a Night Shift where clearly additional resources & machinery were required to deal with the demand.

As time was of the essence we contacted NRS who within 24 hours organised a meeting with ourselves to understand our requirements & to consider the best approach to meet our needs, within a further 48 hours the resources were supplied to commence the tasks at hand. I was extremely pleased that the NRS team took full ownership to ensure that the right mix of personal were found, in addition also they took full responsibility at the outset of the shift to ensure that the chosen personal actually turned up for work.
